Teston Parish Councillors are summoned to participate in an Email-based Meeting, as enabled, retrospectively, by Agenda Item 19/204 in the agenda below and such meeting shall be deemed to have taken place on Tuesday 31st March 2020 starting at 7.30 p.m.
This agenda has been posted on the village noticeboard, but there will be no physical meeting. Interim arrangements (see below at Agenda Item 19/204) are being applied so that the responsibilities of your Parish Council may continue to be discharged. Minutes will be placed on the village noticeboard and subsequent decisions and actions similarly displayed. It is intended that Tapestry should also carry articles about Parish Council decisions and actions and we will endeavour to ensure continuing distribution of Tapestry.
